Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
  • How to start a return: Log in with the email you used at checkout — no account or password needed; we'll send a one-time code to sign you in. Choose the item(s) you'd like to send back, and we'll review your request.
  • Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ship with tracking — your tracking number serves as proof of return.
  • Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at support@fayeandrae.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
  • Can't find your order? If you checked out with a different email, email us and we'll start the return for you.
