Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Cancellations

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, log in with the email you used at checkout and submit the request from your order. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll confirm the cancellation and refund you in full. We ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once an order ships, it can no longer be cancelled. 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

1. Request a return: Log in with the email you used at checkout — no account or password needed; we'll send a one-time code to sign you in. Choose the item(s) you'd like to send back, and we'll review your request.
2. Send your return back: Once your return is approved, ship the item(s) to the return address listed below. You're responsible for return shipping costs. Please ship with tracking — your tracking number serves as proof of return.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges — if you'd like something different, return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email care@fayeandrae.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
