Between sizes? Go up. A little room stays comfortable all day; too snug never loosens up.

Find your size at home

• With a ring that fits: measure the inside of the ring at its widest point, in mm — that's the diameter column.
• Without one: wrap a strip of paper snugly around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure to the mark in mm — that's the circumference column.
